How I work

I work with adult individuals, both in person and online.

My approach is intuitive and integrative, shaped by professional training and empathy. I draw on Gestalt, person-centred, and psychodynamic approaches, alongside mindfulness, body awareness, and experiential techniques. I see healing as involving the whole person—mind, body, and inner experience. While talking is important, lasting change often requires more than words alone, which is why I also work with the body and unconscious mind through guided visualisation, EFT (tapping), and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) to access deeper patterns and insight.

I tailor our work to your unique needs, creating a space where we can explore your present experience, understand the influence of the past, and bring awareness to different parts of you.

I see myself as a companion in your process, with you as the expert in your own life. I bring curiosity, openness, and reflection to help you gain clarity and make more conscious choices.

I generally prefer longer-term work, as meaningful change often takes time.

I am committed to ongoing development, so that my work remains grounded, responsive, and attuned to each person I support.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.
